The villa is equipped and furnished to high standards throughout. It is ideal for a family holiday. In total the villa can sleep 8 people in comfort. The villa is cool during the hottest summer months because of its rational stone and wood construction, but master bedroom and West en-suite room have air conditioning units as well. Upstairs, the holiday villa, Ebohara has got a very large master bedroom suite with a super size double bed, dressing room, bathroom and a large balcony/verandah which stretches the whole width of the house. There is a Turkish style wooden divan outside on the balcony which makes a lovely place to sit and read in the shade or to sleep on if it is very hot. There are also two chairs and a small glass topped table on the upstairs balcony. And a further double en-suite bedroom with two single beds, a well fitted bathroom and a small west facing balcony. There is also a further balcony which faces to the front of the house, so there is always somewhere cool to sit out of the main heat of the sun at any time of the day.
On the ground floor are two further bedrooms.The west facing bedroom has two single beds and a small balcony. The east facing bedroom has two single beds and a cot which can be moved if required. There is a further shower room and toilet on the ground floor.There is a large open plan, double height living room, with a traditional Turkish chimney and open fire place for those cooler evenings. The living room has two large sofas, one of which is also a double sofa bed, coffee table, a number of easy chairs, satellite TV ( including some English language channels) and a DVD player. It opens straight onto the patio leading out to the swimming pool. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of fitted cupboards and kitchen equipment, a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and an electric oven with gas hob which runs off bottled gas. The kitchen table seats six people if you want to eat inside. The kitchen opens directly onto the patio and swimming pool area, where there is a large table and comfortable chairs for all fresco dining.
The swimming pool is 8m by 4m and 1.55m deep throughout . Surrounding the swimming pool area are a number of comfortable sun loungers with cushions and sun umbrellas. The bed in the master bedroom is super king-size and very cosy !! There are two bedside tables and a dressing table and stool in the bedroom. Leading directly off the master bedroom is a spacious dressing room area, with a full length mirror and plenty of cupboard and hanging space. I have left a small First aid kit in the dressing room cupboard with plasters and bandages in case of accidents. The other upstairs bedroom (west suite) has two twin beds, a large wardrobe and two bedside tables. There is another large balcony accessed via double doors overlooking the front door of the house. Because of the balconies and the double height living room with a galleried landing upstairs, we have installed a child gate at the top of the stairs but if you have small children do not let them play upstairs without supervision. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. On the east side of the house the room has two twin beds, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables and a baby's cot. On the west side of the house the bedroom has one single bed and a Turkish style divan which is used as a bed or a sofa, (if used as a bed this is probably most suitable for a child) plus a dressing table and a large wardrobe. There are double patio doors leading out onto a veranda overlooking the garden. All the bedrooms have insect netting on the top windows and also one of the main windows so these can be left open at night. The main windows and balcony doors do not have insect netting so please keep these shut at night to avoid mosquitoes.
